We believe that our many diverse people — with varied perspectives and talents — are the key to our success in this competitive industry. Therefore, to enable our internal talent to truly shine, we have put the following processes into practice at our corporate headquarters:
  • Non-management team members receive four (4) hours of diversity training in their first 90 days of employment.
  • Management team members receive twelve (12) hours of diversity training in their first year of employment.
  • Senior managers receive training and regular consultation on diversity issues that impact the business.
Store team members and all levels of management also receive training geared toward making all customers feel welcomed, valued, and positive about choosing our stores to make that special purchase for themselves and their loved ones.

We believe that to know better is to do better. In addition to diversity training, all team members are offered a variety of performance, technical, and sales training opportunities so that they can pursue their own diverse career goals.
